Legal Basis
The processing of your data via contact forms Fonts is based on:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), and
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functional, and attractive website).
1. Hosting
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, which provides the technical infrastructure. In the course of hosting, IONOS may process technical data (such as IP addresses and server logs) to ensure stable and secure operation.
1a. Server log files (IONOS)
When you visit our website, the provider automatically stores server log files (e.g., IP address, date and time of access, URL, referrer URL, user agent). The data are processed to ensure technical delivery, stability, and security of the website and are stored only temporarily.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation). The provider acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.
2. Contact Form Data
When you use our contact or investor forms, we collect the personal data you provide (e.g., name, e-mail address, phone number, message). These data are used exclusively to process your request and are not shared with third parties.
We store this data only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry.
2a. SureForms
We use the WordPress plugin „SureForms“ to provide our contact and investor forms. The data entered in these forms are transmitted directly to us and processed exclusively for handling your request. SureForms does not transfer data to third parties or external servers.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in effective communication). Data are deleted once the request has been handled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
3. Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts for a consistent visual presentation. When you access our website, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers.
